New Indoor Adventures for Keswick
Keswick Adventures has this month launched a set of exciting indoor adventure activities from its new venue in the heart of the town.
We have been running outdoor activities around the northern Lake District since 2016 and have expanded so much that we recently relocated to larger premises at The Pencil Factory in Keswick. As part of the move, we have been able to add indoor activities to our list of adrenaline-fuelled adventures. It's something we've wanted to do for a long time and are thrilled it's finally come to fruition.
Director Lee Simpson commented, "We don't mind getting outside when it's cold, pouring down, or too hot, but we know it's not everyone's cup of tea. Keswick is an amazing location for outdoor activities, but there's not loads available if you want to do something active indoors. So we thought we'd fix that, and are now offering archery, tag archery - which is like paintball but with specially designed arrows - and axe throwing."

We all hope that it will give visitors and locals the opportunity to stay dry but still burn off some energy.
Work Christmas parties
We've already had a lot of interest from local companies who want to do something a little different for their Christmas parties. Tag archery is perfect: run around shooting your colleagues for an hour and a half, then head out to the pub or a restaurant for a sit down and a drink.
But there are loads of other options too - our child-sized arrows mean we can do children's parties. And we can even bring axe throwing and target archery to you. As long as you have a large enough open space, you don't even have to travel to us.
