“Military Stealth” Corporate Fun Days are Here!

We’ve been working on an exciting project recently and are pleased to be able to announce a new team building challenge: Military Stealth! Get your team working together to overcome challenges in the stunning Lake District National Park.

If you’re on the lookout for unique and interesting team challenge ideas, then this could be the answer. These are no ordinary corporate team building activities: we’re here to genuinely challenge your team so they have to push that little bit further to get what they want.

No giving up.

No letting the side down.

No excuses.

It’s perfect for a team that really needs to work to each other’s strengths to reach their goals.

Bespoke Military-Style Team Building

Keswick and the Lake District provide some of the best naturally challenging landscapes available. Our team bonding activities are designed around this and make the most of the natural scenery, as well as some man-made obstacles too!

Our packages are completely bespoke to fit around the size of your team, your budget, and your requirements. Some of the possible activities include:

Your team could be working together to transport heavy items from one location to the next, fording rivers, navigating through forests, and abseiling off cliff faces, all in one day or weekend. It’s guaranteed to be a fun break from the office environment that will build confidence, instil camaraderie, and make a lasting impression.

Whatever the programme, you can be sure they’ll be challenged to the max and encouraged to support and motivate all their teammates along the way. No one gets left behind.

Safety First

Although our team building challenges are designed to test participants to the limit, our most important consideration at all times is safety. We use only the best equipment and instructors who have experience in all areas of outdoor adventure, including in extreme conditions and inhospitable environments. We won’t give the team an easy way out, but we have everything in place to keep them safe.

What to Expect

While we can offer shorter packages, the best option for your team is the multi-activity day option, which gives everyone an opportunity to get really stuck in.

To kick off, the team will meet us at a pre-arranged location, either at our HQ just outside Keswick, or at another location close to the town. We’ll all get kitted up as necessary and our friendly and enthusiastic instructors will provide a safety briefing and introduction to the day.

From there, it’s full on. We may jump straight in the water, head into the fells, or start making our way down a river gorge. A multitude of complementarity outdoor team building activities will be undertaken that will challenge each person in the group and allow everyone to make use of their strengths. They may even discover new skills they never knew they had!

At lunch, we’ll take a break for some food, surrounded by the magnificent Lake District scenery, before heading back for part two of the day.

The ante is up now, with the team pushed further than ever before. Someone may have to confront a fear of heights as they dangle off a cliff, supported and encouraged by their colleagues the whole time. Another participant might find they can grit their teeth and squeeze out that extra ounce of strength to get through the challenge.

We don’t expect it to be all plan sailing, but the sense of achievement at the end, and the laughs along the way, will be well worth every hardship faced.

At the end of the day, we can wind down by a crystal clear lake, with a fire and a drink of beer or Prosecco as everyone reflects on and celebrates their achievements. What a day!
