We have wetsuits to fit almost everyone for any of our water-based activities. Wetsuits fit from age 6 upwards.

Some of our activities have size limits due to safety limitations on our equipment.

• Climbing: max. weight 120kg
• Max wetsuit and harness sizes: size 20
• Canyoning boot sizes: 3.5 to 13.5

You don't need to be able to swim, but you should be confident in the water. Lifejackets are provided for all water activities.

Our adventures go ahead in almost all weathers, including rain (many of our water adventures are better inwhen it's wet!).

If weather makes the activity to dangerous (e.g. thunderstorms and flooding), or too dry (e.g. the canyon has dried up), we will offer you an alternative.

All of our activities require at least 2 people for them to take place. However, if you are travelling alone, you can join an existing booking. Please look for dates that are already partly booked, or get in touch.

Yes, depending on the activity and needs. We generally recommend booking a private session for people with additional needs, but please <a href="/contact/>get in touch</a> to discuss before making a booking so that we can ensure everyone has the best experience.

Hot and cold drinks are available to purchase on site. We don't provide food, but you're welcome to bring your own, or there are plenty of places to buy food in Keswick.

All personal belongings should be left in the changing rooms at our sequre HQ in Keswick.
